Greetings from Thailand

Welcome to my little palace on the world wide web. My name is Todd Owen and I just graduated with a master's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) from the University of Washington. While in school I was a research assistant for the Adaptive Computing Machines and Emulators Lab which is guided by Scott Hauck. If you are interested in some of my research done there or my past EE projects check out my research and projects page.

Besides school, I am a licensed Private Pilot, play the Trumpet in the UW Concert Band, and am a regular salsa dancer. When I was in college I was a member of theHusky Marching Band and the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity. I also served one year as Vice President for Public Relations on the Interfraternity Council at the University of Washington.

Recently I just completed a two month trip through SE Asia. I started out in Singapore and then traveled north to Bangkok, Thailand. The trip was an eye-opening experience and I highly recommend traveling there to anyone. I kept a travel blog which you can read by clicking here.
